Where does the cotton in my EXPED sleeping bag come from?

The farmers of the smallholder cooperative "Vasudha Organic" produce Fairtrade-certified organic cotton in the state of Madhya Pradesh in the heart of India.

Fairtrade label for cotton

The Fairtrade label for cotton stands for fairly grown and traded raw cotton. The cotton of textiles bearing the Fairtrade cotton label is 100% Fairtrade certified.
In order for a textile to carry the Fairtrade cotton label, the cotton must be tracked along the entire production route from field to shelf.
