What does the number (FLO Id) on Max Havelaar bananas and flowers stand for?

When you buy Max Havelaar flowers or bananas, you will find a number just below the logo that is labeled FLO Id. If you enter this number in the field that is at the bottom right-hand corner of our home page just under the heading "Producer Profiles", you will find out where the product comes from. You will also get a lot of information about the flower farm or banana cooperative that grew the product you purchased.
